Did Anyoone experience little tiny black or brown specks as the skin was cleaned? I have been using aquaphor rubbed allover entire body and tiny little specks-flecks are coing to the surface...I have taken ivermectin- it has helped greatly but the specks are still coming to the suface! is that normal? thanks
