Very drying but ultimately it worked and worked fast! Personally I could not stand the smell and it left my skin real dry for a few days but atleast it got rid of the scabies! I am not sure why permethrin creams did not work, it could of been numerous reasons as I had trouble applying it full body considering I could not put it neck up and the bottle was so small so it does not really suprised me that it failed. The sulfur definetely worked though and alot quicker than I thought. After reading around it sounded like I would have to use it 3-4 nights but I only ended up using the creams for 1.5 days and the soaps for a week. I suggest using them overnight then spot treat on rashes or any areas that itched.
