Someone please let me know if its post scabies or not. I can not tell an itch from a pin prick itch. This is driving me nuts , this is driving my allergies nuts. Need lots of Benadryl just to cope...

Yeah , you will have like daytime itching but the pin prick or more intense itching you wont feel as much at night time. Daytime itching is just from post scabies, they typically are more aggressive at night like the feeling of biting.

The post scabies itch feels like normal itchy skin thats not driving you insane. The scabies itch is the insane ones drilling or whatever it is that they are doing which is very annoying
