is scabies hard to get rid of? I think I may have had it for a few months but I thought it was acne or eczema as it was only happening on my shoulder area. Is it harder to get rid of scabies the longer you have it?

It all depends with scabies the quicker you start treatment the better chances you will get over it faster. The longer you go without treatment the longer the treatments will take to work and the longer you will spend with post scabies which is the time it takes your skin to surface the dead scabies mites and their debris.
