Scabies is a skin infection that is caused by the parasitic mite called Sarcoptes Scabei. It is a contagious disease, which means that it can be communicated to other people when they come in skin to skin contact, and it is found in both areas and people that are hygienic and unhygienic. Though many adults are affected by scabies, it also greatly affects children below the age of 15 years. If your children are affected by scabies then you should find the right treatment for treating scabies in children.

If you notice that your children have developed rashes and they are constantly scratching their skins then chances are high that they are suffering from scabies. If you suspect your children developing scabies then you should at once call the pediatrician. He will scrape the scabies infected area and then inspect if the cause of itching is itch mite, as Sarcoptes Scabei is also known, or not. Treating scabies in children might be a difficult task but it is not an impossible one.

When children are affected with scabies, they have severe itching tendencies. The scabies affected area tends to get more marked after a hot shower and during night time. It increases during these times because the body generates more heat after hot bath and at night. For treating scabies in children, the most common treatment is applying sulfur creams or creams containing malathion. The cream or lotion should be applied regularly without any gaps as that will allow re-growth of the mites. The female mite burrows under the skin and lays eggs that get hatched and mites get multiplied if it is not treated well.

If a child is being treated for scabies, the other members of the family should be treated too. Every day the scabies infected child is intermingling with the family members, so the chances are high that other family members may be infected too. The whole family should adapt to cleanliness and hygiene, and special attention should be given to the child affected with scabies.

Scabies Tips

If cream is chosen for treating scabies in children, extra care should be given to the after effects of it on the skin. There are some creams that tend to make the skin burning and get reddened. The cream should be applied to a small area of the body and then to the whole body, only if it does not burn. The apparels of the household where the children are affected with scabies should be washed in hot water. This ensures that the mites get killed if they are present there. If the treatment is done religiously then scabies will be knocked off. Treating scabies in children will be easier for once you and your child have been introduced to the many ways that they can better their condition.

There are numerous different ways to kill scabies from home, but why not kill them with something that is effective and quick instead of retreating and wasting months of your life. Kill your scabies quickly, Visit http://www.ScabiesHomeTreatment.com

alcohol makes your pmrbleos worse. -Epsom salts it's always good to soak in Epsom salts (magnesium sulfate) from time to time. it refreshes your skin and draws out impurities. This doesn't need to be part of the scabies treatment, but keep this product in mind as it's always refreshing and healthy to take an occasional hot bath with Epsom salts, especially after a hard day. it tends to loosen up your muscles and relieve stress as well. Natural mineral springs have this same affect, due to containing this same mineral.-Sulfur always keep some sulfur powder in your house. it's a natural antibiotic, anti-fungal, and pesticide. Farmers use it to dust crops and it's been used for hundreds of years for infections. If you get a cut, clean your cut and rub some sulfur on it. Keep it dry, never use products like neosporin that will only keep your skin soggy and take forever to heal. Neo is a terrible product. Keep your cut dry and use a little sulfur. it will stop the bleeding and kill any bacteria. Sulfur soaps are nice to have in your bathroom. You can make it or buy it, either way, sulfur soap is great for your skin.-Tea Tree Oil another good item to keep in the house. It will kill most fungi including nail fungus, ringworm, athletes foot, etc. Refreshing smell and cooling feeling when used on the skin. Full strength Tea Tree Oil will cause a burning feeling similar to alcohol if used on sensitive areas. Make sure you dilute it with mineral oil or glycerin. it will also kill lice, bugs, scabies many other things.-Permithrin DO NOT USE ON CATS!!! YOUR CAT WILL LIKELY DIE!! Never use anything on your cat unless isn't specifically made for your cat. Synthetic Pyrethrin Insecticide. Pyrethrin is made from dried Chrysanthemum flowers. Very low toxicity in humans, dogs, and most farm animals. A 1% solution typically doesn't work to cure scabies. A 5% solution should kill all scabies on your body almost immediately. After 15 minutes, your skin will break it down and absorb it and it will stay in your skin for a long time even after washing. Here's the quickest way to get rid of scabies. You have to repeat this process 2 times only, unless you have a person or animal that reinfects you. Buy some pyrethrin (or synthetic permethrin, which is better). You want no more than a 5% solution on your skin or it can have adverse affects. Even though it's a very safe product, too much of anything can be bad. You can get 10% perm from the farm supply, pet store, or buy it on amazon. Permectrin-II works great and 1-quart is only $16. Mix 1/2 cup with 1/2 cup of your favorite lotion, This gives you a 5% solution. You can put a few drops of Tea-Tree oil in it if you like, but you don't need to.Day 1 Take a shower and dry off with a clean towel, just like you usually do every morning. Take your cup of 5% perm/lotion and put in on your whole body. Watch out for your eyes and try not to get it in your mouth, it tastes like crap. Rub in the lotion. You don't need to get your body gooey with it, use it sparingly and rub it all in like you would normally. Go ahead and put on some clean clothes and go about your day like normal. You do need to wash all of your clothes and bed clothes (sheets, blankets, pillow cases). Spend the day cleaning up the house and washing clothes. Follow the instructions on the permethrin and spray your house with it. Spray the carpet, furniture, clothes, linens, spray everything, it's not going to hurt. Wait an hour or so for it to dry before your kids play on the carpet. Same for young pets. Personally, I cleared out my closet, sprayed the whole closet with the perm spray following the instructions on the container. Scabies don't live very long without a warm body, so this is just a precaution. By the way, keep spraying the perm in and around your house every 6 months to help control flees, spiders, ants, and every other insect. You'll never need am exterminator because this is the same thing they use.Make sure your animals are treated. Take them to the vet and tell them that he was exposed to mange and needs to be dipped or you can follow the animal instructions for dipping on the perm container. Your pets are the most likely cause of being infected in the first place, so make sure you take care of them as well.Day 2-6 The scabies are most likely gone!!! But there can still be unhatched eggs. Use your new sulfur soap when you take a shower every morning. Use a clean towel every time like clean people usually do. Wash your bed clothes regularly. Don't wear clothes multiple days, and don't hang worn clothes back in the closet with the clean clothes.Day 7 Repeat everything from Day 1. Use your lotion, dip the dogs, wash your clothes, spray the house Your done. Say goodbye to bugs and be at peace knowing that you are bug free. Take preventative measures. Stay clean. Shower daily, vacuum at least every couple days, dust your house regularly, wash your clothes and bed clothes regularly, and do everything else that clean people do. Good personal hygiene and keeping your house clean will make your life so much better. If you have undesirable or questionable company, spray off the couch or bed when they leave. Living a clean lifestyle drastically reduces your chances of being dirty. Keep your pets clean and healthy. Make sure they are on bug/worm medication/treatments all year around. if you get the itchies again, use your lotion. Continue to wash with the sulfur soap regularly, it's good for your skin.Remember, you didn't have any scabies after Day1. They were dead 15 minutes after you applied the lotion. If you think scabies still live in you, put your head in the microwave, because that's where the problem exists.

Guest 2....I got the prem solution today. I have vaccumed, washed, sprayed all day long. I dipped the dog. I vaccumed the car and sprayed and I really hope this is the answer. I am at my wits end. I want my life back. I have taken bedspreads off the beds, rugs off the floor and pillows are hid....I am a little worried about all this prem lotion but I had to do something. Please just give me an encouraging word. Thanks
