This soap is a great skin exfoliator and helps fight off any secondary skin infections that may occur during or after post scabies. This has been used for decades to fight off exzemma which usually follows scabies and post scabies due to the skins ability to repair itself after damage or trauma. Great stuff, I encourage everyone to get some as it is really cheap and better then your joe blow supermarket soap.

I tried this stuff and never really noticed any difference, I mean it smelled nice and all but I never really noticed a difference from using normal ivory soap, it actualy made my skin more dryer by tightening it up. Would there be like special brands of it that are better than others, because I got my bars from a local health shop for 1$ each and they were directly sold for exzemma so im not sure if post scabies it said.

Yeah this stuff works great and smells nice, the tea tree oil soaps works okay too but they dont smell as nice. Im using these soaps during the morning and at night, hopefully I see some dramatic iimprovemetn in the next couple weeks. Also find a good skin exfoliating product it will help your skin dramatically.

This stuff is very common in health food stores or general natural health shops, they tend to have specialty soaps and this tar coal soap is great for scabies and post scabies, it is typically used the most for exzeema patients. If you buy it online it will be much cheaper, likely about 1$ a bar, where if you buy it from a local store you will pay probably 3-5$ per bar.
Keep in mind this will not cure scabies but help the skin heal in post scabies and cure your dry scaly skin.

I had more luck using the Dermasis skin exfoliater stuff, it helped take all the stuff from my skin. I tried the tar coal soap and it smelled nice and stuff but I am not really sure I seen any results.

Does anyone know if this soap is specifically for scabies or is this soap used for exzemma, I would like to know what the main reason to use tar coal soap would be. I have heard of people using sulfur soap but can not seem to find it anywhere, I seen one site online that sells it but it looks real sketchy as the site looks like an old atari game.

Tar Coal soap is excellent for post scabies as it has wonderful exfoliating properties, I would also suggest getting a good esfoliating cream such as the dermasis for scabies. Tar coal soap is very cheap and you can buy it for like 1$ a bar, I would also suggest you look for a bar soap that contains sulfur, sulfur soap is excellent for post scabies and it is know to help heal skin.

I used to use this stuff for my bad exzemma and it did work pretty good, In my post scabies I used skin exfoliators and lots of baths with baking soda. The baking soda makes your skin feel more comfortable and masks the itch.
