Can you get scabies in your hair, it seems I am getting those biting feelings on my scalp, should I shampoo with lemon? Or should I use a lice permethrin solution.
Thanks

Ofcourse you can get them in your hair which will lead them burrowing into your scalp likely, I would use maybe a permethrin cream meant for lice for a couple nights.

Yeah during post scabies you are going to want to keep your hygiene to an all time high in order to prevent reinfection, you should be constantly trimming your finger nails, toe nails, and keeping your hair short. I found that making a tea tree oil solution will help, it will not give you a full scabies kill but scabies have a hard time living on your scalp so a solution of 50% tea tree oil and 50% water in some kind of spray bottle will keep them at bay. Spray your whole scalp with it maybe once every hour over a couple day period and you will notice they will die or go elsewhere.

Well... Scabies live on the skin not the hair, so the answer is no you can not get scabies on your hair. Scabies lives on the skin because I beleive they feed off of human blood and skin. You can though get scabies on your scalp!

You could also use vinegar on your scalp, dilute a spray bottle with 70% part vinegar and 30% water, spray your scalp throughout the day and evening for about a week, this is usually used for lice but since scabies have a hard time adapting in certain areas of the body, in most cases they will move off your scalp. Remember though vinegar is by no means a scabies killer!
