Is it me or does applying baby oil to your skin in post scabies actually make it way worse and clog your pores even more? Soon as I switch from cocoa butter to baby oil my skin starts seeing more problems then when I actually had the Scabies? Or is this just part of the post scabies? I think I will return to using the cocoa butter as this baby oil is not only moisturizing my skin but making the red markings and making things not heal, i know post scabies is skin lesions but this seems to be a bit much.

Yes, my advice if your going to use some in your bath is use a very minimal ammount, maybe the equivalent of half a cap full, or a tablespoon max. It will clog your pores forsure if you use too much. It is important to mouisturize your skin in post scabies but over doing it can also result in the skin being able to breath.

Yeah this stuff was horrible to put on , and even made my clothing stink. I am only using it on my feet or areas of my skin that are clear of any acne or markings. The post scabies acne stuff will only get worse if I constnatly apply the baby oil to it.

Sulfur may be horrible but it can work in certain situations where permethrin is innefective for treating scabies. It is also good for your skin to use sulfur in post scabies.
